This book was a great ebook when i first started out it gives you everything you need to know about building muscle, dieting and bodybuilding all in one place. Mike Westerdal’s “Critical Bench” is the best selling bench press ebook on the Internet but doesn’t cut my Top 3 Best Bodybuilding Ebooks but it’s still in my top 5. Critical Bench is designed to increase your bench press by up to 50lbs in 10 weeks almost 3 times as long as Lee’s “Blast Your Bench”. This is one reason why I favor “Blast Your Bench” as a superior bench press program. But the reason Critical Bench is still an outstanding ebook and bench press program is the fact that unlike Lee’s, Mike’s program is designed to build muscle at the same time as increasing your bench press and it does this very well creating a good balance between bodybuilding and building muscle and powerlifting and building strength. Jason Ferruggia’s “Muscle Gaining Secrets” is the end of the line for decent well written and successful bodybuilding ebooks. There really isn’t any more worth buying after all of these. The reason “Muscle Gaining Secrets” is number 5 on my top 5 best bodybuilding ebooks is for some very simple reasons. When you compare to the above 4 Jason’s Muscle Gaining Secrets ebook doesn’t offer anything new and innovative to building muscle and bodybuilding in general. It is the newest out of the 5 to be published making it hard to stand out as one of the greats. But it still has a lot to offer and your still going to build muscle and get big with the program which is hard to say for a lot of the stuff on the Internet today. It’s value isn’t quite up to par with the rest of them either with it costing around the same as “No Nonsense Muscle Building”, “Critical Bench” and “The Truth About Muscle Building” the value of the whole package is much lower in my personal opinion only when you compare to these. You still get a lot for your money with plenty of bonuses to help you diet and build muscle but the other bodybuilding ebooks give you that little extra more in terms of value. If it was say 75% of the price it is currently at now i would give value 5 stars. Overall Jason offers some new material on gaining muscle but not a lot and for that reason it number 5.
